As we once again head into another year of the NCAA we see they are looking to CONTROL not only what the student-athletes can do and say, NOW they are seeking to get Congress to put MORE CONTROLS in place. Once again, these controls will greatly benefit the COLLEGE athlete and NOT the HS athlete.
